We understand that horses will be horses, which is why each rental includes a $5 insurance amount for minor mishaps and normal wear and tear. Any significant damage, lost pieces or theft is not covered. In those cases, you will be charged up to the retail price of the item. Please see our terms of service for more details.

Simply pack up your items in the pre-labeled return bag provided with your shipment and drop off within 24hrs following your rental window to avoid additional charges. All items can be returned with the hangers and plastic coverings they came with - we recycle!
